Customer Reviews
Love this plastic-free floss!
Oh my gosh, I just got my Natural Silk Floss and Refillable Floss Container and it's amazing! I've been wanting to switch to plastic-free dental floss for ages, and this stuff is perfect. The floss feels great, not like it's going to snap, and the container is so sleek. I'm already planning my next order for more refills. Seriously, everyone needs to try this. It makes flossing feel good! So glad I found them!
Quick delivery, good floss
Ordered the Floss Starter Kit. Got it in 4 days. Floss is strong, works well. Container is nice. Happy with the purchase.
Good value with the starter kit
I was looking for a more eco-friendly floss and found Before Company. The Floss Starter Kit seemed like the best deal to get everything I needed to try it out. I got the Stainless Steel Floss Case and a spool of Peppermint Floss. The price was reasonable, especially compared to buying the container and refills separately. It felt like a good investment for something I'll use every day, and I appreciated the clear pricing. Definitely worth what I paid.
Consistently good experience
This is my third time ordering refills from Before Company, and they're always reliable. I started with the Floss Starter Kit a while back and just get the Floss Refills now. The quality of the Candelilla Wax Floss is always consistent, and my orders arrive pretty quickly, usually within 4-5 days to my place in California. I keep coming back because I know exactly what to expect, and they haven't let me down yet. It's nice to find a brand that you can count on for your everyday stuff.
Pretty good, no complaints
I grabbed some Peppermint Floss from Before Company 'cause I heard it was plastic-free. It showed up quick enough, and the floss works like it should. Not too thick, not too thin. The little container I got is cute too. Honestly, it's just floss, but it does the job and I feel better about not using plastic. Easy peasy.
Mostly positive, one small issue
I ordered the Floss Multipack with Natural Silk Floss. The product itself is great; the floss is sturdy and works well. Shipping was fairly quick, arrived in about a week. My only minor gripe was that the packaging for the multipack felt a little excessive for just floss spools; maybe they could streamline that a bit. Overall, the value for money is good, especially for plastic-free options, and I'm happy with the purchase. Customer service didn't need to be contacted, so no feedback there.

Thinking about getting the subscription, but can I combine a coupon code with the subscription discount? Or is it one or the other?
How do these compare to Dental Lace? I've been using that for a while but looking for other options.
What's their return policy like? Just in case I don't like the floss, can I send it back?
Is their floss actually biodegradable? Like, can I just toss it in my compost bin?
How long does shipping usually take to get to California? Need to restock my floss soon.
